Please follow our portfolio first. If you not find the editing type you required please give us any reference  video for that.we will confirm you that type of work is possible from us or not. after confirmation if we will fail to satisfy you with our work your half amount will be refunded. 

If we will fail to deliver your project in time given in bill then 30% of your full amount will be refunded.

Non-Refundability of ongoing services In accordance with Section 65 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, once a service has been partially or fully rendered, or any advantage/benefit has been received by the client (including but not limited to project drafts, initial cuts, or final edited deliverables), the compensation or fee paid for that service becomes non-refundable.

1. Project Timeline & Start Date

• Work Commencement: Video editing work officially begins the day after your order is placed.

• Turnaround Time: The official day count (delivery timeline) starts the day after the client provides all necessary raw footage and project assets.

2. Additional Asset Submissions & Delays

• If the client uploads or provides additional files after the project timeline has already started, it may result in a delivery delay.

• No refunds will be issued for any delivery delays caused by late or delayed file submissions from the client's end.

3. Delay Compensation Policy

• We value promptness. If the client submits all files on time and all payments are made according to the schedule, we guarantee an on-time delivery.

• In the rare event that we delay the final delivery—despite receiving all files and payments on time—we will issue a 30% discount on the project as compensation.

• 4. Acceptance of Terms & Policy Agreement

• Automatic Agreement: By placing an order and making an advance payment, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms and conditions outlined in this policy.

• Dispute Restrictions: Because the order placement signifies full agreement, no refund requests will be entertained based on any subsequent objections or disagreements regarding these terms.
